Community Benefits Agreements (CBA) are legally enforceable agreements designed to guarantee that residents and neighborhoods will directly benefit from significant initiatives or projects involving development. CBAs seek to provide the impacted community with real project benefits while promoting cooperation, equity, and accountability in development processes. Attend a workshop through a joint partnership between Nomi Neighbors and Catalyst to learn about the ways in which various frameworks, such as CBAs, can be used to achieve community benefits in infrastructure projects.
