Stat. 286.011, together with any further relief the Court deems just and proper. WHEREFORE, Plaintiff respectfully requests a declaratory judgment that councilmembers Timothe, Irvin, and Charles violated, or willfully violated, Section 9 of the North Miami Charter such that their office or employment is forfeit, together with such other relief deemed just and proper.

City of North Miami Council Members have been giving themselves huge wages and benefits for part time positions while infrastructure crumbles In the 2024 to 2024 budget, the increase is hidden in the retirement match. which rose from 2023 to 2024 Mayor and council budget was budgeted at $1,556,690 Mayor $364,459 Alix Desulme District 1 $298,210 Councilman Scott Galvin District 2 $298,210 Councilwoman Kassandra Timothe District 3 $297601 Councilwoman Mary Estimé-Irvin District 4 $298,210 Councilman Pierre Frantz Charles
Mary Estimé-Irvin requested $100,000 for an event by Noel & Cecibon Productions, the same company who does the Haitian Compas Festival.
Records of any appropriation money that Mary Estime-Irvin, herself, has secured from the State of Florida and/or the Federal Government as well as any moneys she has secured and brought back to North Miami from Miami-Dade County as special appropriations for District 3 that were not already budgeted by management/staff requests. If none exist, I understand there will be a memo that indicates that.
